21 Days of Abundance - Meditation challenge by Deepak Chopra - Step into Ease

Hello beautiful souls! While meditating I got an idea that I can't wait to share with you!  A  few years back one of the things that really helped me to transform my life was a 21-day challenge with Deepak's meditations and tasks. There was a WhatsApp group created and every day we would get a meditation video 10-15 minutes long and a short journal prompt/task. What are even emotions? Why are they here? What should I do with them? How do I release? What does suppressing even mean? How to accept feelings? What should I do when I am overwhelmed or triggered? LOVE is all you need - workshop info

  Over the years I attended many workshops and read many books that inspired me to do this workshop. Self-love was one of my big themes. I believe this is the one love (self-love) that we should start with to be able to give love to others and to receive it fully. I WANTED TO SHARE WITH YOU MY LESSONS FROM 2022. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK !

Now writing this, it's 31.12.  and the year 2022. is ending soon. These days I have been going through my memories trying to sum up what 2022. brought me. And it brought me so much. I wanna share with you my lessons, maybe some of you can relate or can be inspired by them.  1. SETTING BOUNDARIES AND COMMUNICATION ARE ESSENTIAL SKILLS TO DEVELOP You are maybe thinking everyone knows how to communicate, but do they really? What I mean by this is that it is VERY important HOW you communicate.  A lot of us struggle with boundaries. We let other people take advantage of us and our time. We often have these beliefs that we need to first do what is asked in order to be a good partner/friend/family member. But the truth is, we need to be our best friend and first take care of ourselves and then we have the capacity to deal with other people too.  Developing personal boundaries for me was hard. WHAT AND HOW MADE MY LIFE RICHER

I am struggling with confidence. I thought I had a good image of myself and then life proved me wrong. I was continuously settling for less, for what was my comfort zone. Staying in the same shit, thinking this is how it is supposed to be. I was saying to myself that I just need to feel good whatever I am doing. But then it hit me. I am not actually feeling good.
