Dive IN Deeper - Connecting with Your Inner Wisdom

When we face difficulties, decisions we have to make or anything that brings us into worry, stress and lower vibrations, something we would call a bad mood, we have the option to choose consciousness, light, and to change the approach. We have the option to go within and to find the answers we are looking for, to find the next steps or to find meaning.

Sometimes we tend to escape connecting because there is this fear. That fear is completely normal and the more we are aware of it we can choose to find time, to practice meditation, and to calm our mind.

Why is it important to find ME time, to be in silence, to reconnect?

Because when we get in touch with our inner wisdom, we get answers, we experience peace, clarity and flow.

We start trusting life again, we start the process of building our trust in life. Which mirrors the trust in relationships, friendships, partnerships, and family.

Do you usually trust people that are close to you? Trust at the end is just how much you trust life, that you are worthy, guided and supported.

Starting practices that you find useful or have an interest in will be your tool on your journey of self-discovery, more conscious living, and opening for love and trust so that you can live your full potential.

If you ever went deeper into the subject maybe, as I did, you had the presumption that happy and fulfilled people that found their purpose in life don't have anything bad happening to them, don't experience uncomfortable feelings, etc.

But the truth is the opposite, they experience all of it but just the way they look at it, how they handle it, and because of all that with what ease it goes through, that is the difference.

I had a period of my life when I couldn't find a reason why am I here, what was the purpose of being here, living this life, I didn't want it. I struggled with very intense emotions and the only thing that would help me to stay in balance and grounded, not to have uncontrolled outbursts, was forcing myself to do meditation every day. At some point things started to open up, more tools and knowledge came, I started therapy, I was struggling, trying to have discipline, blaming myself when I wouldn't show up...And then with time, it got easier, easier to connect, to stay present, to stay calm, to see things more clearly...but nothing of that would be possible if I ran from myself, if I was avoiding being present,  if I just kept finding excuses why not to do a practice of mediation or any other.

So the best thing you can do for you, is to set an intention to have a quiet time just for you, to reconnect, ground and start your journey to complete flow.
