While meditating I got an idea that I can't wait to share with you!
A few years back one of the things that really helped me to transform my life was a 21-day challenge with Deepak's meditations and tasks. There was a WhatsApp group created and every day we would get a meditation video 10-15 minutes long and a short journal prompt/task. It would take around 30 minutes to complete each day and the benefits were just wow!
I decided I wanna do it again with You!
I want us to go on this exciting journey together so please do share with your friends and people you think would want to join, the more people the stronger the energy 💗

Well, first of all, if you are looking for some guidance and support to have that 30-minute morning routine that will set the mood for your whole day then it is for you! If you are looking for a way to feel better each day and have more control over your emotions, or maybe just establishing a regular practice of meditation and/or journaling - then it is also for you. If you are curious to try something new that can give you many benefits - definitely go for it! 😍 My aim is to create a small like-minded community that shares support and good vibes 💛
The first time I did this challenge was when I wasn't in the best place, I struggled with a lot of emotions and was being jumpy all the time. Just establishing this routine every morning helped me feel more calm, more at ease, more myself, and very good and proud of myself that I found time for my own peace and mental health. Meditations gave me a good connection with my inner being which resulted in me staying calmer and grounded throughout the whole day. Everything started being calmer & easier.
Nothing bad can get out of this trust me so just try it and see for yourself how it is gonna affect you💖

"This experince was mindblowing for me. I thought that this kind of stuff are mostly placebo or smth like that , but it suppose to be real 😅
I have improved myself trought this, and this was kind of self-work. During this chellenge i had moments in which i would usually be scared, unsecured or angry, but because of this everything seemed to be so easy...so light.
From the other side i have improved a lot of mine relations...and slept better than any period in last 2 years.

"Od prvog do zadnjeg dana događale su mi se nevjerojatne stvari. Od Day1 kad mi je nakon prve odrađene meditacije zazvonio mobitel i dogovorila sam da iznajmim jedan stan na 6 mjeseci i da mi čovjek plati unaprijed za svih 6 mjeseci. Pomislila sam opa, we're off to a good start, idemo dalje! Preko toga da sam bila dijelom ove divne grupe pune divnih ljudi o kojima ne znam gotovo ništa, ali mi je pružalo takvu sreću čitati o lijepim abundance manifestation stvarima koje su im se događale daily, i toga da sam imala priliku dijeliti abundance manifestation događaje koji su se i meni događali daily. Posebno me činilo sretnom što smo si međusobno lajkali ono što smo dijelili u grupi, i svaki put kad bih to vidjela, neovisno bilo to na moje poruke ili poruke drugih – davalo mi je tako predivan osjećaj sreće. Također, posebno me činilo sretnom što mi je jedna vrlo posebna osoba u životu bila dio grupe i što se otvorila za dijeljenje, premda je to značilo veliki izlazak iz komfor zone, i što smo se nas dvoje međusobno podržavali u manifestation challengeu i dijelili jednu neizmjernu radost. Baš mnoštvo predivnih osjećaja. Iznimno sam zahvalna na iskustvu koje sam prošla kroz AMC21 :)"
